2025 GMC Yukon

In the class of full-size SUVs, the 2025 GMC Yukon is the ideal choice for families and large groups with its three rows of comfortable seating, luxury amenities, and cutting-edge technology features.

The 2025 GMC Yukon Balances Boldness and Luxury

Strong Performance and Versatility

Three engines, all strong and reliable, are offered for this edition of the Yukon, with the smallest one being a turbocharged 3.0-liter Duramax turbo-diesel I-6 that delivers 305 horsepower while providing fuel-efficient performance. The second largest engine, a 5.3-liter V8, boosts output to 355 horsepower and comes standard with the base trim. The third engine, also a V8, is a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter. When you’re venturing into rugged terrain, the vehicle’s optional Active Response 4WD System automatically adapts as needed.

Three Rows of Luxurious Comfort

Accommodating up to eight passengers with three rows of comfortable seating and standard tri-zone climate control, the Yukon’s cabin is ready for large families. The first and second rows both have heating functions, as does the steering wheel, and while the second-row 60/40 split-folding bench seat has a power-release function, the third-row seat, which also has a 60/40 split-folding design, is a power-folding one. Also, seating materials range from full-grain leather to CoreTec with perforated leather-appointed trim.

Designed for Challenges and Fun

Outside, the standard roof-mounted side rails accommodate bike racks, cargo carriers, and kayak racks, perfect for adventures, while the included rain-adaptive wipers and LED headlamps with animated lighting make it easy to tackle difficult weather. There’s also an optional panoramic power sunroof that opens across both of the first two rows, and every model comes with a convenient power-programmable liftgate. Assist steps come standard on lower trims, though some upper ones have power-retractable assist steps with convenient LED perimeter lighting instead.

Innovative Technology for Everyone

Also boasting some of the most innovative tech features you’ll find in an SUV today, this edition has an 11-inch diagonal instrument cluster behind the wheel and offers 5G Wi-Fi hotspot capability. The included multi-function infotainment system provides hands-free calling, entertainment options, wireless audio streaming, and other functions on a large 16.8-inch diagonal full-color touchscreen. Pairing with this system is a 10-speaker Bose audio system, though you can also opt for a 22-speaker system in select trims.

Advanced and Helpful Safety Features

As this SUV was designed for large families, it has plenty of driver-assist features for safety and convenience, including Forward Collision Alert with Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, and Bicyclist Braking. Trailer Sway Control and the Tire Pressure Monitoring System are also included, as is the 360-degree HD Surround Vision camera system, which provides split-screen visuals on screen. When reversing, both the Rear Cross-Traffic Braking and Reverse Automatic Braking can come in handy, both of which are also standard.
