Originally, I was quoted for all of the work and none of it was going to be covered by warranty. I paid the $150 diagnostic fee and when on about my way with some time to think about spending a large amount of money. I called back and spoke with Andrew and he did go to bat for me and reached back out to the warranty company and was able to get a large portion of the work covered. I appreciated the extra step he took to reach back out. He kept me informed the entire time. The guy who pulled my car around, went the extra step and asked if I wanted a carwash. I was so grateful for that.
